The VESDA detector is an active conventional smoke detector that can continuously inhale air in the sensing area to analyze the smoke concentration and adjust the sensitivity range to 0.005% obs/m to 20% obs/m. It is the optimal system for semiconductor factories and computer centers where ensuring business continuity is critical, clean rooms with high airflow where smoke detecting is not easy, large spaces with high ceiling where accessing and maintenance is difficult, spaces like cultural buildings where sensors should not be exposed, facilities where it takes time or is impossible to evacuate, high-rise and large buildings, poor conditioned places, and facilities with high-priced automatic fire extinguishing system.
